Ivaylo Burkov

Lawyer Ivailo Burkov has completed his legal studies at ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ Sofia University in 2006. He has an extensive experience in the media sector, gained while working with some of the leading radio and television operators in the Republic of Bulgaria. He knows in detail the work of the State Administration and the procedures for the elaboration of national legislation. He specialises in the area of Media Law, Intellectual property rights, Corporate Law, Advertising and Data Protection. Over the past 10 years, he has been developing a successful practice in the field of Real Estate, Family and inheritance law, Of-court settlements, legal representation on civil and administrative cases.
